Shipping Policy

At NICXNAILS, we strive to ensure that all of our customers receive their orders in a timely manner. After your order has been placed, please note that processing time is typically 3-20 days, depending on the volume of orders. Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped out according to the delivery timeframe you selected at checkout.

 

Place your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.

 

*Please note, even when selecting Overnight Shipping - Processing Time remains the same. Shipping/Delivery timeframe starts at the moment your order has been shipped.

IMPORTANT: Time frames are an estimate. The volume of orders can affect the wait time. ​     

Return & Exchange Policy

At NICXNAILS, we take hygiene and our customers' safety very seriously. That is why we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any press on nail items or other items included in your order, such as hands press on nails, toes press on nails, nail glue, cuticle pusher, nail buffer, 2x alcohol wipes, nail file, sizing kit, and other.

Package Delayed/Lost

Unfortunately, NicxNails has no control over packages that may be lost or delayed. If this should occur, please contact the carrier customer service and provide them with all the necessary information to file a lost package claim if needed.
